Synergy POE SE E series expander super synthetic coolant is a kind of developed for waste heat recovery. It uses synthetic ester (POE) as base oil and is added with additives such as extreme pressure, anti-wear, anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation.

It uses synthetic ester (POE) as base oil and is added with additives such as extreme pressure, anti-wear, anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation. It has the characteristics of good high temperature and low temperature performance, good compatibility with R245fa and excellent thermochemical stability. The product is divided into 68 and 100 grades according to the kinematic viscosity of 40 ℃.
 
ssPerformance characteristics
1. With the refrigerant R245fa refrigerant has good mutual solubility, put an end to the phenomenon of blockage, to ensure that the evaporator, condenser no oil deposition, so that the system has a good oil return efficiency;
2. Good thermal and chemical stability, compatible with metal and non-metal materials in the system, to ensure long-term normal operation of the compressor under harsh conditions;

ssPrecautions
1. The entire lubrication system should be cleaned before use of this product;
2. This product is not recommend mixed with other oil products;
3. After the product is enabled, the barrel cover should be tightened in time to avoid mixing with water and impurities;
4. This product has strong water absorption. Pay attention to sealing during storage and use to minimize contact with air;
5. This product should be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated place.
 
ssScope of application
Synergy POE SE E series expander coolant is compatible with refrigerant and metal materials such as steel, copper and aluminum. Good compatibility with PET film; Compatible with XH-7 and XH-9 desiccant; Suitable for lubrication of various expanders and compressors using high temperature refrigerants such as R245fa. Applicable temperature:-40~180 ℃.

A. Test process
Test method: SH/T0699-2000 refrigerant oil compatibility test method.
Test process: pour refrigerating machine oil into the pressure-resistant glass tube, evacuate, cool to below -50 ℃, and inject refrigerant. Raise or lower to a certain temperature, observe the pressure inside the glass tube and the physical state of the refrigeration oil and refrigerant.
