Synergy PAG SG C series synthetic freezing lubricants are based on modified polyalkylene glycol synthetic base oil and added with various functional additives such as oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. They are mainly used in refrigeration systems using carbon dioxide CO2(R744) as refrigerant to take away heat generated by system operation, seal rotors, pistons and cylinder walls, and lubricate rotors, bearings and piston rings.
 
ssPerformance characteristics
1. Excellent viscosity-temperature performance, can be started at very low temperature;
2. Good thermal stability and chemical stability, no reaction with carbon dioxide, can ensure the long-term operation of the equipment;
3. Excellent wear resistance to prevent sintering of moving parts such as bearings;
4. Low hygroscopicity, anti capillary blockage, reduce the risk of oil absorption due to improper storage of users;
5. High electrical insulation, can be used for some semi-hermetic compressors;
6. No hydrolysis, no corrosion, long-term use does not produce precipitation, does not block the expansion valve.
 
ssProduct Application
Synergy PAG SG C series synthetic refrigeration lubricants, SG 46C, SG 68C and SG 100C are recommend used for reciprocating, swash plate, rotary vane, scroll and other refrigeration compressors for automobile air conditioners with refrigerant CO2, as well as industrial screw refrigeration units or industrial heat pumps with CO2 refrigerant.
This product is also applicable to the CO2 booster gathering equipment, such as CO2 reciprocating compressor lubrication.
 
ssmaterial compatibility
It has no effect on ordinary sealing materials and gaskets, is incompatible with alkyd resin paint, and has good compatibility with epoxy resin paint.
This product should not be mixed with other products. If mixing is unavoidable in use, compatibility test shall be carried out first.
