Synergy AB SA T Series Synthetic Refrigeration Lubricant

Synergy AB SA T series is a refrigeration system with synthetic alkylbenzene (AB) as base oil and R22 hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC) as refrigerant. V is a lubricating oil for refrigeration system refined by adding various additives such as extreme pressure, antioxidant and corrosion resistance.

V is a lubricating oil for refrigeration system refined by adding various additives such as extreme pressure, antioxidant and corrosion resistance. It belongs to DRB grade oil of ISO6743/3B classification standard.
 
ssPerformance characteristics
1. Excellent thermal oxidation stability, to prevent the deterioration of lubricating oil under high temperature;
2. Good material adaptability to avoid leakage in the use of the system;
3. Excellent low temperature performance, very low pour point, low Freon flocculation point, no wax generation at low temperature, excellent low temperature fluidity, to ensure that the system to adapt to a variety of low temperature applications;
4. Excellent high and low temperature performance to ensure the normal operation of the system in a wide temperature range;
5. Good lubricity, protect the refrigeration compressor and reduce wear;
6. Excellent comprehensive performance, to ensure the normal work of the refrigeration system for a long time.
 
ssProduct Application
The Synergy AB SA T series can be widely used in refrigeration systems using R22 hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFC) as refrigerant. The applicable compressor types are reciprocating, rotary and centrifugal refrigerators, including cold storage, industrial air conditioning and heat pumps, central air conditioning and chillers;
Applicable temperature range of SA 32T and SA 46T:-45~150 ℃;
SA 68T,SA 100T applicable temperature range:-32~150 ℃, acceptable for short-term 170 ℃.
 
ssPrecautions
1. Do not mix with other lubricants, physical or chemical reactions may occur between different lubricants, resulting in a significant decline in performance;
2. Timely cover after use to avoid the mixing of moisture, dust and other impurities;
3. When using the lubricating parts in contact with rubber, plastic, paint and other non-metallic materials, the material compatibility test should be carried out in advance.
