Synergy PAG SG C series synthetic freezing lubricant is a base oil synthesized from modified polyalkylene glycol and added with various functional additives such as oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. It is mainly used in refrigeration system with carbon dioxide CO2(R744) as refrigerant, and plays the role of taking away heat generated by system operation, sealing rotor, piston and cylinder wall, lubricating rotor, bearing and piston ring, etc. It has the leading level in China.
1. Product performance
Excellent viscosity-temperature performance, can be started at very low temperature;
Good thermal stability and chemical stability, no reaction with carbon dioxide, can ensure long-term operation of the equipment;
Excellent abrasion resistance to prevent sintering of moving parts such as bearings;
Low hygroscopicity, anti-capillary blockage, reduce the risk of oil absorption due to improper storage by users;
High electrical insulation, can be used for some semi-hermetic compressors;

3. Product Application
Synergy PAG SG C series refrigerant compounding agents, SG 46C, SG 68C and SG 100C are recommend used for reciprocating, swash plate, rotary vane, scroll and other refrigeration compressors for automobile air conditioners with refrigerant CO2, as well as industrial screw refrigeration units or industrial heat pumps with CO2 refrigerant.
This product is also applicable to the CO2 booster gathering equipment, such as CO2 reciprocating compressor lubrication.
4. Material compatibility
It has no effect on ordinary sealing materials and gaskets, is incompatible with alkyd resin paint, and has good compatibility with epoxy resin paint.
This product should not be mixed with other products. If mixing is unavoidable in use, compatibility test shall be carried out first.
5. Product packaging
Provide 200 liter drum packaging;
Packing according to customer's specified requirements.
